El Proyecto Juvenil Hispano es una respuesta de LaRED a las iniciativas del Espíritu Santo, en el marco de las recomendaciones a todos los niveles del V Encuentro, la escucha y acompañamiento del Diálogo Nacional, así como también el XV Sínodo de los Obispos enfocados en la situación de los jóvenes a nivel mundial y que desemboco en Christus Vivit, la primera carta escrita por un Papa específicamente para los jóvenes.

Maximize the internal capacity of La RED in order to become a more efficient, effective and professional pastoral organization.
MISTA AND MISION
Nurture the mística of PJH by incarnating the Gospel’s message of love among Youth and Young Adults in order to strengthen and further the mission of La RED.
PRESENT AND NEW GENERATIONS
Foster and affirm the call to be missionary disciples to the present and future generations of Hispanic Youth and Young Adults.

Advocate, promote and support the proactive role of PJH in collaborative ministry at all levels in the Catholic US

Financial responsibility and transparency to the membership. op financial stability of La RED in order to fulfill its mission
PROGRAMS AND SERVICES
Promote, offer and/or develop programs and services that address the leadership development needs of leaders and professionals in Hispanic Youth and Young Adults ministry
MISSION
Promotes supports and accompanies missionary discipleship and collaborative ministry among leaders, and professionals of Hispanic youth and young adult ministry.
1. To foster communication, collaboration, and mutual support in the spirit of collaborative ministry among diocesan leaders, professionals and institutions engaged in ministry to and among Hispanic Youth and Young Adults.
3. To encourage and promote, in collaboration with other institutions, the professional development and spiritual growth of those who work in Pastoral Juvenil Hispana as well as efforts and programs that aide Hispanic Youth and Young Adults with their vocational discernment process.
2. To articulate a common vision and foster a sense of identity among leaders, professionals and institutions who minister to and among Hispanic Youth and Young Adults.
4. To facilitate the dissemination of information regarding existing programs, resources, agencies and specialists in ministry to and among Hispanic Youth and Young Adults.
