In the course of the First National Encounter for Hispanic Youth and Young Adult Ministry, more than 40,000 Hispanic young people raised their prophetic voices to analyze their experiences, identify their needs and aspirations, and articulate their contributions to Pastoral Juvenil and to the mission of the Church. Through a process of consultation, pastoral-theological reflection, and prayer, they present in the Conclusions of this historic event a common vision for ministry to, with, and for young Hispanics, from their lived reality. Guided by their advisers and with the support of diocesan and regional structures, they identify the best practices and pastoral models, as well as priorities for the formation of the next generation of ecclesial leaders.
